Zusammenfassung
Ein 44jähriger Patient erlitt beim Geschlechtsverkehr eine Penisruptur. In Penisschaftmitte
bestand je ein großer Defekt der Corpora cavernosa sowie eine völlige Durchtrennung
der Urethra. Die Operation erfolgte u.a. mit Decken der Schwellkörperdefekte durch
je einen Dura-Patch. Die Harnröhre wurde primär anastomosiert.
Abstract
A 44 year old man in a drunken state ruptured his penis during coitus. On the ventral
part in the middle of the penis there was a hematoma from a defect in each corpus
cavernosum. Blood at the meatus of the urethra was the result of a complete rupture
of the urethra. The results of our surgical treatment of these injuries using a dura-patch
for the corpora cavernosa are reported and the potential etiologies are postulated.
The urethra was mobilized and a primary anastomosis of the urethra was performed.
